Endie processes your contact details and your company's figures in order to handle your request, prepare a file and meet the statutory retention duties of the profession. We do not sell data, we use no advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not profile you.
Who processes your data
- Controller
- Endie valuation reports. Registered office: Antwerpsesteenweg 45, 2830 Willebroek. Company number: BE 1032.060.402.

What we process and why
- Contact form
- Name, company, email address, phone number, your role and your message. Purpose: handling your request and preparing a file. Basis: performance or preparation of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent for the message you send us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Calculator
- The company number you enter, the figures retrieved or entered, and the calculated outcome. Purpose: performing the calculation and checking and improving the calculator. Basis: our legitimate interest in a correct and verifiable calculator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Those figures come from the annual accounts your company files publicly with the National Bank of Belgium.
- File and report
- General ledgers, business plan or budget, interview notes and the documents supporting the valuation. Purpose: producing the report and keeping it reconstructable. Basis: the contract and our statutory duties as a regulated professional (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Appointments and email
- If you pick a time in the calendar or email us, we process the data you enter there to handle the appointment or the correspondence.
- Technical and security
- Server logs with technical data such as IP address, timestamp and error messages. Purpose: running the site, preventing abuse and resolving incidents. Basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
- Requests without a file
- Five years after the last contact, then deleted. If you ask for deletion earlier, we delete.
- Files and reports
- Ten years after the file is closed. A report as at 31.12.2025 must remain reconstructable years later, and both the profession and tax law impose retention.
- Calculator runs
- Two years at most, then deleted or kept without the company number.
- Server logs
- Twelve months at most.
Who else sees your data
- Our providers
- The parties running our website, database, email and calendar process data on our behalf, only on our instructions and under a processor agreement. They are located in the European Economic Area, or work under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where data does leave the EEA.
- National Bank of Belgium
- For a calculation we retrieve the public annual accounts of the company number you enter. No personal data is sent along.
- Authorities
- Only where the law obliges us, or where a supervisory body of the profession requests the file.
- Never
- We do not sell data and we do not pass it on for advertising.
Your rights
- Access and copy
- You can ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Rectification and erasure
- We correct inaccurate data. We erase, except where a statutory retention duty prevents it.
- Restriction, objection and portability
- You can have processing restricted, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and receive your data in a common format.
- Withdrawing consent
- Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect what happened before.
- Complaint
- You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, or via dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security and changes
Access to files is limited to the people working on them. Data travels encrypted and is stored encrypted. Documents are requested over a secure channel, not as loose attachments in an open mailbox.
If this statement changes, we update the date at the top. For a material change we notify open files separately.
Frequently asked privacy questions
Does Endie use tracking or advertising cookies?
No. The site sets only strictly necessary cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Do I need to give personal data to calculate the statutory value?
No. You enter only a company number. No name, email address or phone number is needed for a calculation.
How long does Endie keep a valuation file?
Ten years after the file is closed. A report as at 31.12.2025 must stay readable and reconstructable years later, and the profession imposes retention.
Does my data leave the European Union?
As a rule, no. Where a provider is nevertheless outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How do I have my data deleted?
Use the contact form on this site with Privacy in the subject line. We delete what we are not legally required to keep and tell you what remains and why.
